  • Thomas Golden

    Co-Founder and CTO

    Tom has over two decades of experience developing and supporting medical coding systems at QuadraMed and CodeMaster Corp where he led some of their most important and complex software development projects. Tom has a BS from the University of Illinois and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). When he’s not leading the TruCode team, Tom explores the East Bay area of California with his wife and three children.

  • Michael Mulligan

    Co-Founder and Managing Partner

    Mike’s experience includes more than a decade and a half in business development and executive management roles within the medical coding systems field, including QuadraMed and CodeMaster Corp. He began his career with Ernst and Young’s healthcare consulting group. Mike received a BA and MBA from Michigan State University and also earned his CPA. Mike spends time with his family in Atlanta, GA—the healthcare IT capital of North America.

  • Lance Seach

    Senior Vice President of Business Development & Strategy

    Lance has over 25 years of business development and strategy experience in HIT and HIM companies. Prior to joining TruCode, he was the founder and CEO of American ChartGuard and Seagrove Inc. Lance serves on various advisory boards and has experience leading both publicly traded and private companies. He holds an associate degree from Trinity Valley and a BS from the University of Texas at Austin where he was also a letterman for the Texas Longhorns football team. Lance resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and three children.

  • Megan DeVoe


    They say that if you follow your passion, you will never work a day in your life. Megan DeVoe, CCS, is a slightly nerdy veteran HIM professional trying to do just that–follow her passion. Volunteering through AHIMA, NYHIMA and her local association has provided her with amazing experiences that she incorporates into her daily work.  Meg is a passionate HIM professional who feels she has been blessed with the kinds of opportunities that need to be paid forward to the next HIM generation. She has worked as a coder for over 25 years, a medical records clerk, a biller, an HIM consultant, and in coding software content development. Meg is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in health information management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and is a mom of two great kids.
