TruCode is looking for a full-time Technical Support Representative to join our friendly, skilled team. TruCode creates desktop, web, and SaaS applications for the healthcare industry.

This position is 100% telecommute, however the candidate must reside in one of the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin.
As a Technical Support Representative, you’re primarily responsible for directly solving technical problems, both externally for customers and internally for TruCode staff. When not engaged in direct problem resolution, you will work on IT infrastructure, maintenance, and security projects.
Experience — 3 plus years of experience providing technical support for Windows and web-based software, ideally in a customer-facing environment. Prior experience working remotely is a plus. Experience working in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Skills — Technical knowledge of Windows (desktop / server) is a requirement, and of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail. You should have good analytical skills, be self-directed, and willing to seize the initiative to get things done. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills.
